Answer and route inbound calls and faxes.

Contact clinicians and hospitals to obtain additional information.

Problem-solve in order to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Our Client Services Representatives are the first point of contact for our clients and the voice of our company. Representatives must use their knowledge of our practice and services to quickly problem-solve a client's needs or route the call to the appropriate department for assistance.

  • Telephone coverage
  • Daily clinical history calls
  • Call for insurance, demographics, confirm Nephrologist assigned to specific cases as needed
  • Call courier and arrange biopsy pickup/delivery as needed
  • Fax licenses, CAP/CLIA as requested
  • Fax reports to clients that require/request manual faxing
  • Write up daily incoming biopsies and post to Admin board
  • Write up Saturday emergency biopsies and verify all contact information needed and return for posting in Lab
  • Send email at end of day on Friday to the physician on-call and the backup physician for number of emergency cases for Saturday, where they are from (hospital, doctor)
  • Track down addresses on returned reports or mail outs
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize one’s own work
  • Create call log and distribute calls to physicians
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned and observing, receiving and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
High School Diploma or GED
1 plus years of office experience
Strong Computer skills required; Proficient in MS Office and Excel
